Many white spots are chained at high latitudes (lower side) in the Southern Hemisphere. white spot [BA] does not seem to be bright. The high latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere are dotted with mottled feature.
I took a picture of Jupiter with a magnifying lens of XP24mm（Pentax） on the morning of May 31st, and it was a good result, although it may be due to seeing condition. The magnification was 4-5 times, which was equivalent to that of a Barlow lens. Last week I also tried the effect of adding and modifying the C14 fan. It’s a good image, and it’s good for the convenience of color cameras, good image quality, and time saving!
The North American Nebula beside the 1st magnitude star Deneb in Cygnus is similar in shape to North America, and can be seen with binoculars if the sky is clean. The number of skies under such conditions has decreased in Japan.

Completed the thermometer with additional fan modifications (two 8 cm fans on the cylinder tip, one 5 cm fan on the cell side, two 8 cm fans) to stabilize the C14 in-cylinder airflow and mirror temperature. .. The 8 cm USB fan, which can adjust the fan speed, has less vibration, so the wind power seems to be weak. I want to see Jupiter when it’s clear sky!
The rainy season doesn’t clear up and I can’t watch the stars. So, I am remodeling the C14 fan I made earlier. It’s been more than ten years since I removed the primary mirror from the cylinder. The back side of this ingot mirror is amazing, and the rib structure is well made. The center of the mirror is thick, the edges are thin, and the structure with less distortion is perfect!
