国見星望会（栃木県那須烏山市）は、2015年国見の長峰ビジターセンターの天文施設の活用から始り、年4回の天体観望会を開き、星の美しさを知って貰いました。
山奥の施設は市内から遠く一般観望者は少なかったので2019年から烏山駅前広場へ場所を変更しました。
街灯があり明るい所でしたが、近所の子供たちや父兄が覗きに来てくれ常連客もできました。しかし2020年4月にはビジターセンターが閉鎖が決定、施設の望遠鏡が使えなくなりました。
私たちのささやかな会は活動を終えることとなりました。5年間の緩い活動でしたが、ありがとうございました。
The Kunimi Star Party (Nasukarasuyama City, Tochigi Prefecture) began using the astronomical facilities at the Nagamine Visitor Center in Kunimi in 2015, and held an astronomical observatory four times a year to learn about the beauty of the stars.
The facilities in the back of the mountain were far from the city and there were few general spectators, so from 2019 we changed the location to Karasuyama station square.
Although it was a bright place with street lamps, children and parents in the neighborhood came to peep and regular customers came. However, in April 2020, the visitor center was decided to close, and the telescope at the facility could not be used.
Our modest meeting has ended. It was a loose activity for 5 years, but thank you.
