NGC2392 (Eskimo Nebula) 2022-01-14

NGC2392 (Eskimo Nebula) 2022-01-14 Stack 50% of 5,000 frames (Shutter = 671.8ms Gain = 542 (83%) total exposure time / 3359.079s) by the lucky imaging method. The seeing was poor and the internal structure was blurred, but I think it is effective for this kind of astronomical imaging.

Try with a 45cm telescope

Try with a 45cm telescope. Recent back-illuminated CMOS color cameras (Neptune-C II) have high sensitivity in the infrared region, and the RGB color balance is lost. However, the sensitivity is high. When examined with 45 cm + 15 seconds exposure (gain 400, 360 sheets), a star with m = 20.91 was confirmed. Is it a benefit of high infrared sensitivity? If its good seeing and transparency, optical axis of the telescope, and tracking are improved, it will be possible to capture the target 21 etc.

JAMES WEBB SPACE TELESCOPE(JWST)

JAMES WEBB SPACE TELESCOPE (JWST) 2022 01-01 21:44 (JST) It is JWST captured at 45cm newtonian. Received from Mr. Nohara (Utsunomiya City) In the position estimation table, it was exactly in the middle of the field of view. Thank you!

Happy new year

Happy new year. Last year, my plan for Cebu was suspended due to the spread of coronavirus infection, but in 2022, the coronavirus infection will subside and I would like to set up the Cebu Island Observatory. I look forward to working with you this year as well. Tomio Akutsu

C/2021 A1 Leonard Comet December 27, 2021

C / 2021 A1 Leonard Comet 2021-12-27 Matsudaira-cho, Hitachiota City You can see the comet well in the winter-type weather, the north wind is cold and the protection is painful. I don’t know the details of the tail at all. The magnified image of the comet is a 20 cm newtonian F / 4.
