Twin Quasar 2021-03-08
A quasar that exists in the universe about 9.1 billion years ago, located about 13.85 billion light-years away from the earth in the direction of Ursa Major. It is an example of the gravitational lens effect discovered for the first time. I took a image of the celestial body introduced by Mr. Konnai from Fukushima Prefecture, but at a brightness of 16.7 mag, even a 45 cm telescope would not be visible!
