Sirius B 2020-10-18
Every autumn, I observe Sirius B (companion star). The main star, Sirius, is bright and it takes some getting used to seeing it with your own eyes. This time I found it at 200 x. If I used a 17 cm eccentric diaphragm as a test, the spider of the reflecting telescope would disappear and the star image would look like refractor, so I also found Sirius B. The point is to see it when the airflow is good!
