白鳥座の１等星デネブの脇にある北アメリカ星雲は形が北アメリカのそっくり、空のきれいば場所であれば双眼鏡でも形がわかる。そんな条件の空は日本では少なくなった。
The North American Nebula beside the 1st magnitude star Deneb in Cygnus is similar in shape to North America, and can be seen with binoculars if the sky is clean.
The number of skies under such conditions has decreased in Japan.
